Veeam Cloud Connect Veeam 10 Upgrade

There were unforeseen complications in the upgrade that is delaying the completion of Veeam 10 deployment.

Currently Veeam Cloud Connect should be operation with no issues, however Veeam 10 is not currently deployed. Once these issues are resolved we will provide updates on when it will be safe to upgrade on-prem Veeam servers that utilize our Veeam Cloud Connect service.

We will be upgrading our Veeam Cloud Connect clusters (in both Chicago and Phoenix) to the newly released Veeam 10 version. You can find the release notes for this version here: https://www.veeam.com/veeam_backup_10_0_whats_new_wn.pdf

In order to maintain compatibility with our provider cluster, please do not upgrade your local Veeam server until the V10 upgrade to VCC is completed. Note that Veeam 10 is backwards compatible with 9.5, so upgrading your local machine is not required if you wish to keep it on an older version. However, we do recommend you upgrade as soon as possible.
