All Chicago VCC services are now online and reporting healthy. If you run into any issues with your VCC account please first try re-scanning the repository in your Veeam console and then re-running the problematic job. We have identified an issue with database performance in our Chicago VCC/BaaS cluster and are currently working to resolve this. The performance issue may be causing slower than normal transfer speeds to and from our cluster. We expect brief (less than 5 minutes at a time) service interruptions while we work on resolving this issue. Note that this does NOT effect our Phoenix VCC/BaaS cluster.
