Upon further review it's been determined that a reboot is still necessary. This will be done shortly and VCC services should be restored within 30 minutes.

Verifying
We are postponing the reboot as we believe to have discovered a fix that doesn't require a reboot. All VCC connections will remain active. This issue will remain in 'Verifying' state while we ensure a reboot won't ultimately be required.

We will be taking Chicago VCC services offline for an hour while we investigate some backend database issues. This will be done during low traffic hours so as to reduce the impact to clients. If your backup runs overnight you will not be effected by this maintenance. If you have backup jobs running during the scheduled maintenance, they will restart once the maintenance is complete.
