We have concluded maintenance on the SAN array and it is back to normal operation.

We have identified an issue with the affected storage array. Engineers have isolated the impact and the storage array is operational. We will continue to monitor the situation while working to resolve the issue.

We're currently investigating reports of higher than normal latency on one of our SAN storage arrays in the Chicago datacenter, affecting a small number of clients. Our engineers are fully engaged and working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We'll provide more information as it becomes available.
