We are sending this advisory to inform you of an upcoming maintenance to be performed in the Chicago Data Center.

Event Date(s): Thursday January 23rd, 2020 from 11:00pm until 11:59pm CST (UTC-6)

Event Location: Chicago data center

Impact: Up to 20 minutes public network connectivity loss

Event: Engineers will be conducting corrective maintenance on a public network top of rack switch in cabinet CR130.101.12.23. Servers in this cabinet will experience up to 20 minutes public network connectivity loss. Private network connectivity will be unaffected.
