We are currently running into issues that have taken the cluster offline for an extended period of time. We expect this to be online shortly.

Monitoring
Currently the VCC cluster is online, however we are monitoring the cluster for any ongoing performance issues. We will update this incident once we are confident the performance issues have been resolved. Thank you.

Investigating
We are observing performance issues in the Chicago VCC cluster and will need to take this offline temporarily in order to investigate issues. This will only be effecting the Chicago cluster; Phoenix VCC will continue to operate without interruption. Thank you.
