Monitoring
One fiber path has been repaired and services to Chicago have been restored. Crews continue to work to restore redundancy, and our engineering teams are monitoring closely to ensure stability to the platform.

Identified
Our network provider has identified a complex multiple-path fiber failure out of Franklin Park. Crews have been dispatched to several locations to continue troubleshooting and implement a fix to restore services ASAP. The current ETA is 1-2 hours for partial restoration of services.

We're currently investigating a full outage on our Chicago Cloud / Bare Metal platform. Engineers are investigating the cause.

This incident affected: Virtual Cloud Platforms (Chicago - Virtual Private Cloud, Chicago - Disaster Recovery Service, Chicago - Cloud Connect Backup Service, Chicago - Public Cloud), Bare Metal and Dedicated Cloud Services (Chicago), and Customer Tools (Compass API, Intelligent Monitoring).
