We have restored operation of redundant elements in the network. Services remain stable since the incident and we're continuing to closely monitor the situation.

We have identified the fault and isolated it from the network. At the present time, services should be restored. We're still investigating the cause and working to ensure services are stable.

We're currently troubleshooting a network connectivity issue around the bare metal private network and Dedicated Private Cloud infrastructure in our Phoenix facility. We will update this message as further information becomes available.
