The outage that impacted customers in the NYJ Data Center has been resolved. We are continuing to monitor the data center and upstream providers and will advise if any additional issues exist.

Dear HorizonIQ Customer,

We are experiencing intermittent network connectivity issues affecting our Seacaucus, New Jersey datacenter at this time. Our upstream provider is aware and have been engaged with our network engineering team. We are working diligently to stabilize connectivity to services in this location and we will continue to provide further updates as progress is made.
