Maintenance has now completed on both Cloud Connect instances. Backup operations may resume, and clients are now clear to upgrade their Backup and Replication servers to version 10a.

Maintenance on the Chicago Cloud Connect instance has concluded, operations can now resume there. Phoenix is still under maintenance.

We will be upgrading the CHG and PHX Cloud Connect environments to version 10a. This will result in an inability to run backup jobs to Cloud Connect for the duration of the maintenance. Any jobs running will be suspended or fail, but will be able to pick back up once the maintenance is complete.

Once this is done, those using Cloud Connect may upgrade their Backup and Replication instances to v10a.
