At 19:06 CDT and 19:20 CDT INAP detected further DDoS activity in the Chicago market. Extended impact was mitigated. Some customers may have seen periods of latency, packet loss and time-outs during the events. INAP engineers are continuing to monitor the situation closely.

Update
The INAP NOC and Senior Network Engineers are currently engaged mitigating a large DDoS impacting multiple customers out of the Chicago Market. Some early mitigation steps were successful, but had to be adjusted as the attack changed. Therefore customers may have seen periods of resolution before losing connection again. We are still working on mitigating the new attacks coming in and we will continue to post updates once we have more information. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
