Resolved

This issue has been resolved by replacing the PDU's in the cabinets. The servers that experienced downtime in the cabinets that had emergency maintenance performed have been powered on and they are back online at this time.

We have found an issue with a few PDU's in the Chicago data center that are causing an issue in the cabinets listed below:
11.18
14.9
13.11
13.17

These PDU's are actively being replaced and the servers in these cabinets may experience a short downtime during this emergency maintenance.
